Mosaic brought high quality market rate and affordable for-sale and rental housing options for the diverse and growing workforce of the Longwood Medical Area of Boston’s Mission Hill Neighborhood. The project uniquely combined low, middle, and market rate housing into one building to provide housing options for all. Apartments and condominiums featured stunning views of the surrounding Riverway, part of the Emerald Necklace park system.
There were more than fifteen sources of funding including city and state subsidy, federal low-income housing tax credits, grant funding, and private debt.
