There is some exciting news: as of January 2023, Traggorth Companies LLC is now Causeway Development LLC!

The name change better reflects a few things that many of you already know about us: Since our founding in 2012, Traggorth Companies has been a partnership between Dan and me, and whether it be historic preservation, economic development, or affordable housing, our work always advances a good cause to benefit the communities where we work.

Aside from the name, logo, and website, nothing else is changing — we’ll still be Dan and Dave, laser-focused on advancing important real estate projects with our partners and the communities where we work.
