Flats at 44

Flats at 44 was the first modular construction project completed by Traggorth Companies and is ideally located directly adjacent to the Box District Silver Line Station. The project was the first to utilize the Commonwealth's Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP), which encourages the construction of market rate housing in Gateway Cities like Chelsea.
