Community Vision: revitalize a long-vacant, centrally located historic building to new market-rate housing to support ongoing economic development and provide new ground floor retail for locally-owned boutique retail/restaurants.
After the success of JM Lofts just a few buildings away, Causeway acquired, permitted, designed, built, and marketed the Granville. The project involved transforming this formerly vacant historic building into 24 market-rate loft-style apartments with exposed brick and beam elements, tall ceilings, and massive windows centrally located in Haverhill’s historic shopping and dining district.
